New method of delivery and payment for orders!
Dear friend, unfortunately, some orders are not picked up from the post office and we have to pay for the delivery ourselves, which hits the budget hard.
We have developed a new delivery payment process.

How to place an order with cash on delivery?
- Place an order
- The manager will send you a TTN.
- Pay this TTN (delivery, goods are paid upon receipt) through the Nova Poshta application or via the website tracking.novaposhta.ua
- We check the payment of TTN (delivery, goods are paid upon receipt)
- We are shipping your order.
- You will receive an SMS about the arrival of your order.
- Come to the post office and pick up your order with postpaid payment.
Orders are shipped every day before 4:00 PM. The sooner we get everything done, the sooner we can ship the order.
How to pay for delivery through the new mail app?
1. Open the app and go to the "My Parcels" section
2. Click the plus
It is located at the top right.
3. Then click "Add invoice"
4. Enter the TTN number and click "Track"
The manager will send you the TTN number in a message.
5. Next, select the desired TTN from the list
Or you can pay for shipping right in the list.
6. Select "Delivery services" and click "Pay"
7. Choose a convenient payment method
After paying the TTN, please inform the manager.
Delivery methods:
- Delivery "Self-pickup"
- The main range of products is located in Kyiv.
- Delivery "Nova Poshta"
- Postpaid.
- Delivery to the post office.
- Delivery by courier
- Ask the manager about prepayment or pay for the order on the website.
Payment methods
- Postpaid - payment at the post office upon receipt.
- Cash is an available method when receiving the goods at the pickup point.
- Payment by details – the manager will contact you and provide details for payment.
